Sandra SPA Hotel in Karpacz is a modern resort complex with the total area of over 500 m2 conference space, which can be arranged in various settings of air-conditioned conference rooms with state-of-the-art AV equipment. Free Wi-Fi access is available in this resort.
With an overall 260 single, double, triple, studio (2+2) and apartments for a total 550 beds it also provides its guests with free access to the swimming pool complex with hot tub, dry and steam sauna. Other facilities include: a fitness center a golf simulator, tennis and squash court, minigolf as well as a pub with a bowling alley.
SPSympo-2023 Participants book accommodation directly with the hotel by email at rezerwacja.karpacz@sandra.home.pl. The cost of one night stay in a double room is PLN 222 gross (~50 EUR). The surcharge for a single room is PLN 80 gross (~20 EUR) for one night. These prices and the feasibility of booking the accommodation in Sandra hotel are guaranteed with a CODE-NAME: SPSympo2023.
The hotel fee includes accommodation, buffet breakfast and a parking space. Check-in begins at 15:00 (3 PM) on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. On the day of departure, luggage storage facilities will be available until the time of your leaving.
These prices also apply if you decide to arrive earlier before- or stay longer post-conference. Just submit the dates of your planned stay during booking and mention SPSympo-2023 as a reference.
